Charlotte Forsyth

Charlotte was born July 18, 1939 in Zion, Iowa; the daughter of Allen and Leone (Duff) Farwell. She married Gail Beaman and to this union three children were born. Charlotte is survived by her children, Allen (Judy) Beaman of Sallisaw, OK; Gail Ann (Paul) Neal of Des Moines and Karen (Steve) Moss of Redfield; three sisters, Inez (Charles) Bennett of Winterset, Dorothy Endres of Winterset, and LaVaun Wright of Stuart; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and four step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gail Beaman in 1966; and a brother, Raymond Farwell. She worked for a time at the North Side Cafe, Eaton Manufacturing, and Pamida in Winterset. She also worked for the Presbyterian Church as secretary. Charlotte was a member of the Rebekahs and enjoyed taking pictures. Charlotte died Wednesday, September 5, 2007at the Advance Care Hospital in Ft. Smith Arkansas. She was 68.

Visitation: 1:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, with family present to receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., September 7, 2007 at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset, Iowa

Service: 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Church of the Nazarene in Winterset, Iowa.
